Change A Rate Plan On At&T Go Phone







AT&T Go Phones are a convenient option for people who do not want to be bound to a specific contract for a specfic period of time, or who use their cell phones a limited amount each month. All Go Phone users can choose from plans that will allow them to set the number of minutes they predict they will use, at a cost they will be satisfied paying. If a customer needs to change his rate plan, he can simply go online or call the appropriate toll free number to make the changes.


Instructions


Making Changes on the AT&T Go Phone Website


1. Go to the AT&T Go Phone web page at: http://www.att.com/mygophone.


2. Log in to your account by typing your wireless phone number and your password into the appropriate boxes.


3. Navigate to the Rate Plan section and review available plans. Choose your plan.


4. Add any extras, if desired, such as data or messaging features.


5. Review the automatic payment method that you previously set up, make any changes needed and submit the changes.








Calling AT&T Go Phone Customer Service


6. Call AT&T Customer Service at (800) 331-0500 or dial 611 from your Go Phone.


7. Enter your 10-digit wireless phone number at the prompt.


8. Choose the "More Info" option and say "Customer Service."


9. Speak with a customer-service representative about your rate plan options.
