Play Ipods From Iphones On My Car Radio

The iPhone has an iPod built in, making it possible for you to listen to all your music from your phone. While there are several ways to do this, some are inconvenient because you want to be able to use your phone should someone call you. Still, some simple ways to play your iPhone over your radio exist and are inexpensive.

Instructions

Cassette

1. Buy a cassette and audio player kit at your local electronics store. This includes a tape that has a cord connected to it. At the end of the cord is a jack that you plug into your iPhone.

2. Insert the tape into your tape deck. Make sure the radio is tuned to the option that plays tapes.

3. Plug the jack into the headphones hole on your iPhone.

4. Play the songs on your iPod.

Auxiliary Jack

5. Buy a cord that has 35mm connectors at both ends. These can be found at any local electronics store.

6. Plug one end into the auxiliary jack on your stereo. Older cars may not have this feature. It is a small hole the size of your headphones hole on the iPhone. If you are unsure if you have this feature, check your manual. If you are still unsure, call your car dealer.

7. Plug the other end into your iPhone headphone jack.

8. Play the song you want. Make sure that your stereo is set to the AUX option.
