The Samsung SGH-A767 allows users to use the phone as a mass storage device after installing the Samsung PC Studio software. Once the software is installed and the user purchases a USB data cable, the user can save files onto the micro SD card in the phone. The user can transfer music, pictures, and videos and use the card to move files from one computer to another.
Instructions
1. Download and install the latest version of Samsung PC Studio from the Samsung web page. You can find the link in the Resources section.
2. Plug the USB data cable into the data/charging port on the SGH-A767. It is located on the right edge of the phone near the bottom.
3. Plug the other end of the USB data cable into your computer.
4. Press the "Menu" key on the SGH-A767 to open the main menu then select "Settings." Click "Connectivity" and open "Select USB mode."
5. Scroll down to "Mass Storage" and click the center directional pad button or the "Select" soft key.
