Use The 1635mm F/2 8l Lens

The Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8 L II USM is a professional SLR lens designed to fit Canon EOS camera bodies. The lens has a maximum aperture of f/2.8 at all zoom ranges, allowing for heavy background blur and high performance in low-light settings. The 16-35mm zoom range of the lens make it ideal for super-wide angle shots. Learning to use the Canon 16-35 mm lens is easy and can be learned is a few simple steps

Instructions

1. Ensure that the Canon 16-35mm lens will mount to the camera body you are using. The lens will fit on any Canon EOS bodies, but if you plan on using the lens on another type of camera, make sure the proper adapter is available and be prepared for some features of the lens not to work on another brand's camera body.

2. Mount the lens onto your camera body by lining up the red dot on the back of the Canon 16-35mm with the red dot on the camera's body's mounting plate. Turn the lens clockwise until you hear a clicking noise, signaling that the lens is securely mounted.

3. Compose your picture by finding a preferred vantage point. Zoom the lens in and out by turning the zoom ring on the camera. Toggle your camera's exposure settings to your preference. If you are shooting in low light, set the aperture to the widest setting on the lens -- f/2.8. If you want to have most of your picture composition in focus, set the aperture to a smaller setting like f/22. You may need a tripod for smaller aperture settings, depending on how much light there is in your shooting environment.

4. Decide whether you want the lens to automatically focus or if you want to manually adjust it yourself. For auto focus mode, set the switch on the lens to "AF." To focus manually, set the switch to "MF." Press the shutter release halfway to focus in automatic focus mode. Adjust the focus ring on the lens to focus in manual mode

5. Press the shutter release all the way to take the picture.
