If you are worried about accidentally using your phone without meaning to while carrying it around with you during the day, you can lock and unlock your phone to prevent it from getting used. You can unlock your phone's touch screen if it is locked down, or unlock your phone if you have everything locked.
Instructions
Unlock the Touch Screen
1. Unlock your screen if you choose to lock the sensitive touch screen functions. To do this you must press the key with the "Phone" icon on it.
2. Press your finger on the "Menu." Go to the "Options" area and select it. The options area will allow you to unlock the screen so that you can use the touch screen.
3. Use your finger to press "Phone Lock," then uncheck the "On Power Phone Off" box and put in your lock code to change the setting.
Unlock the Treo 775P
4. Locate the "Applications" button on your Palm Treo 755P and press it with your fingertip.
5. Go to the "Security" application on your screen and select it.
6. Click on "Never" to unlock your device and continue using it as normal. Alternatively, you can click on "After a present delay" to unlock your device but allow it to relock after you've stopped using it for a while. Both ways will allow you to successfully unlock the phone.
