Set The Date On A Coolpix L11

The Nikon Coolpix L11 is a 6-megapixel, point-and-shoot digital camera. It can take pictures at a maximum resolution of 2816 by 2112, good for 16-by-20 print photos. The camera can tag your photos with the date and time, so you'll know when and where you took the pictures. To enable this, you must first set up the date and time in the camera's settings.


Instructions


1. Press the "Power" button to turn on the camera.


2. Press the "Menu" button on the camera to open the settings menu.


3. Use the up or down arrows to scroll through the list and highlight "Date." Press "OK" to select it.


4. Select "Time Zone" and press "OK."


5. Select the time zone with the house icon next to it and press "OK."


6. Press the right arrow to change the city time zone with the city that is closest to your current location.


7. Scroll up and select the date and time at the top of the screen.


8. Enter the day, month, year and time. Press "OK" when finished. Press the "Menu" button to exit the menu.
