Mount A G1 Sd Card

The T-Mobile G1 is a phone made by HTC. The G1 is one of the first Android-based phones released for T-Mobile. The phone has a slide-out screen, camera, "QWERTY" keyboard and music player. A microSD card is required in the phone to use the camera function. A microSD also allows the phone to be able to store music for playing on the built-in music player. Mounting the microSD card in the G1 is easy.

Instructions

1. Power the phone off.

2. Slide the device screen up to reveal the keyboard.

3. Push the microSD card slot cover downward and pop it up. This will reveal the microSD card slot. The microSD card is a miniature secure digital card that contains items you save to your phone.

4. Slide the microSD card into the slot. The copper contacts on the SD card should be facing downward when you do this. Push gently until the card clicks into place, then replace the slot cover. Ensure that the slot cover is securely in place, or the phone may not recognize the microSD card.
