Use A Panasonic Hdchs9

The Panasonic HDCHS9 digital camera allows you to record video digitally. You can keep videos on the camera, or you can transfer the video files to a computer to edit them or upload them to the Internet. The camera also features a slot for flash memory cards, so you can more easily transfer video from the camera to multiple devices without the use of cables. Because the camera is digital, you can customize several settings by entering the camera's menu.

Instructions

1. Insert the memory card into the bottom slot in the back of the computer, making sure the notched side is on the left. Insert the battery into its slot with the arrow on the backside, pointing toward the camera. Make sure the battery clicks into place.

2. Depress the button on the dial at the back of the camera, then spin the dial to select one of the camera's modes. Release the button to lock the camera in the mode.

3. Flip the screen out for a better view of what you are recording or to watch recorded video. Press the red button on the rear of the camera to begin recording, if you have selected the recording mode on the dial.

4. Press the "Menu" button to display the options you can set in each mode. Move the selector stick in the back of the camera up, down, left or right to navigate through the menus. Press in the stick to select what you have highlighted on the screen.

5. Place your right hand through the strap on the camera, placing your fingers on top of the camera. Stabilize the viewing screen with your left hand.
