Use Chocolate Phone Memory Cards

When you have your new LG Chocolate cell phone, you want to explore all the options for using it. The LG Chocolate cell phone is music-oriented, so you’ll want to save your favorite tunes on it. To do this, you have to know use a memory card with your phone. Here’s get the most out of your phone’s memory capability.

Instructions

1. Buy the correct memory card for your Chocolate phone. The Chocolate uses microSD memory cards. They are about the size of a fingernail and are available in most electronics stores. There is a limit, however, as the phone will only be able to use microSD memory cards with up to 2GB of storage.

2. Insert the microSD card into the phone. The slot is on the right side of your phone, covered by a little door with a white microSD logo. Put your fingernail or something else that is small and flat into the little divot and expose the slot. There is a notch on the card that prevents you from putting it in the wrong way. Just push the card in gently until it’s flush with the side of the phone.

3. Check that your phone recognizes the memory card. Look on the menu to find out how much available memory you have. Don’t confuse this amount with the phone’s internal memory.

4. Save photos to the microSD card to take advantage of the expanded memory capabilities. You can transfer these to your computer at a later time using the USB cable. The phone is a plug-and-play device with most operating systems, so just plug the phone into your computer and sync the photos to the program you use to look at pictures. Choose the photos you wish to add and drag and drop the files onto the Chocolate phone software.

5. Transfer music to your microSD card. This is also done via the USB connection. Simply open up the program you use to listen to music and click-and-drag the files you want to be able to access on your LG Chocolate cell phone.
