Webcams are used on a computer to help record video content and also engage in visual communication with other users. If the image from your Veo Webcam is blurry and unclear, it is most likely a problem with the focus. Altering the focus on your Webcam allows you to gain a clean and crisp image. On most Webcams this can be done by altering the focus option on your camera.
Instructions
1. Click on the "Start" menu and select "All Programs."
2. Scroll through the list of programs and select the program that you installed with your webcam. This will display the image projected from your Webcam onto your computer screen.
3. Use a microfiber cloth to clean the lens on your Veo Webcam. This will get rid of any dirt or debris.
4. Locate the focus control on your Veo Webcam. You will find the focus control as the plastic lens around the actual eye of the camera.
5. Turn the plastic lens on your Webcam in either direction to alter the focus.
6. Look at the image displayed on your computer to see when the Webcam picture becomes clear.
