Dazzle Instructions

Turn your computer into a movie-making machine.

Dazzle is a video converting system that comes with a software program to make video editing simple. This system is used to convert video cassettes to a more usable format allowing you to then output to DVD. This device works well for those who wish to edit old movies and save them in an easier-to-view format.

Instructions

1. Install the Dazzle software on your computer. The device comes with the disc for installation and should walk your system through getting it properly installed.

2. Connect your camcorder, VCR or TV to the device via cable. This will allow the device to capture the images you wish to be able to edit. The chip inside the Dazzle converts the video in real time to the DVD format so your computer can use it.

3. Use MovieStar 5 to edit the video in whatever format you wish. You can move clips, cut clips, and even add effects and titles to the project. This program is part of the installation of the Dazzle.

4. Render the movie once you are done editing. Rendering is a process that ties all the pieces together including music, effects and the video files. It flattens everything so it can be output to a DVD.

5. Burn the DVD of the movie you created. This will finalize your project and you can then watch it on any DVD player as well as store the movie you just made.
