Recharge The Battery On A Sony Handycam Dcrsr47

The Sony Handycam DCR-SR47 is a digital camcorder with a built-in hard drive that allows you to shoot videos digitally without tapes. It uses InfoLITHIUM batteries such as the NP-FH30 and NP-FH50. Charging your battery allows you to use your camcorder without AC power. This can be convenient in many different situations. After attaching the InfoLITHIUM battery to your camcorder, you can charge it safely.

Instructions

1. Close the LCD screen on your Sony Handycam DCR-SR47 if it is open.

2. Locate the battery compartment on the back. Attach the battery pack into the compartment sliding it in the direction of the arrow until it clicks.

3. Connect the main lead of your AC adapter into the DC IN jack located on the back of your camcorder and then connect the power chord into an electrical outlet. The "CHG" lamp lights up. It can take up to 390 minutes to fully charge depending on the size of the battery. When the battery is fully charged, the light will go off.

4. Disconnect the AC adapter.
