Hack An Iphone Jack

Adding additional accessories to your iPhone may seem like something only computer wizards can do, but it is a straight forward process. Installer.app is a third party application software that allows you to "jailbreak" your phone by adding additional accessories to your phone that otherwise did not come with the original installation. Jailbreaking your phone allows you access to the iPhone's file system through your computer.

Instructions

1. Download iBrick software if you have a Windows platform iPhone. Installer.app is the only software available for Mac. After you download iBrick, install just one application: Installer.app.

2. Know the firmware version that is on your phone before downloading Installer.app, because it asks before the installation. If you don't know the firmware version of your iPhone, you can locate it under "Settings, General, About" then "Version" on your iPhone. After downloading, you should see the "Installer" icon on your iPhone homepage.

3. Initiate Installer.app, and afterwards a small list of third party applications appear ready to launch from Nullriver repository. To increase the list of applications available, install the Community Sources package.

4. Click the package/application you choose to install, press the install button on the right and choose "Yes." Installer.app continues to download it on your iPhone. After the new application has been installed, your iPhone restarts. Don't worry, this is a part of the process. Also Installer.app debriefs you on the latest update, and from that point all you need to do is click "Update."
