Get Ku Band On A 920 Receiver

The Pioneer VSX-920-K receiver is a 7.1-channel 3D-ready A/V receiver designed to control a number of devices in your home theater setup. It is iPod/iPhone certified and Bluetooth-ready, and can handle HDMI through its four input/one output configuration. The VSX-920-K can handle several different types of video input, including Ku-Band satellite input. The setup for getting Ku-Band signals through the VSX-920-K receiver is fairly straightforward.


Instructions


1. Press the power button on the VSX-920-K receiver to turn it on.


2. Plug the RCA video cable into the "TV/SAT IN" port in the back of the VSX-920-K. Then, plug the other end of the cable into the "Video Out" port on the Ku-Band satellite receiver.


3. Plug the dual-end analog audio cable in the "TV/SAT L/R" ports on the back of the VSX-920-K, then plug the other ends into the "Analog Audio Out" port in the back of the satellite receiver.


4. Press the "Power" button on the Ku-Band satellite receiver, then navigate to a desired channel.
