Contact Rca For Television Troubleshooting

RCA television owners can find support and troubleshooting tips for their televisions on the official RCA website. These tips may not answer your particular question or you may just want to contact an individual that works for RCA. RCA allows you to contact customer service for troubleshooting a television either over the phone or online. You will need to give RCA the same information when contacting the company, regardless of which method you use when attempting to troubleshoot your television.

Instructions

1. Begin by gathering the proper information. You should know the model number of your television and the size of the screen. The model number can be found in the user manual that came with your television set. You can also find this on the sticker that is located on the back of the television set.

2. Log onto the RCA Contact Us Web page (see Resources below). You will need to enter your first and last name, email address, phone number and model number for your RCA television set in the appropriate boxes listed on the page. Then, describe the particular problem(s) you are having in the large box at the bottom of the page. Click the "Submit" tab when you're finished. In most cases, a response will be sent to the email address you entered within 72 hours.

3. Call RCA customer support. The number is (877) 794-7977. You must call between 8 am and 8 pm (EST) on weekdays. You can also call on weekends between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm. When you call, you will be asked to give your name and home phone number. You will then be asked to give the model number and screen size of your RCA television set. Once you do, you will be able to explain the troubles you are having using your RCA television.
