Specifications For The Vivitar 3500 Flash

The ViviCam 3500 is a digital flash camera manufactured by Vivitar. This is an older model digital camera and does not offer some common features such as digital zoom, red-eye reduction and video recording. However, the ViviCam 3500 does have a standard feature set that potential camera buyers on a budget will find attractive.

Resolutions

The Vivitar ViviCam 3500 captures images at up to 1.4 megapixels (1360 x 1024). The images, once transferred to a computer, can be replicated to photo-quality 6 x 9 inch prints. The ViviCam 3500 also records pictures at a lower resolution of 640 x 480, which is suitable for email and displaying on a website.

Display and Memory

Recorded pictures are displayed on the back of the camera using a two-inch color TFT LCD screen. The camera also contains a TV output to display images on a television through an RCA cable. CompactFlash memory cards are used to store images on the camera. In addition, the ViviCam 3500 Flash is equipped with a 4 MB memory card that can store up to 40 low-resolution images. The digital camera supports CompactFlash cards up to 48 MB in size.
