Fill Out a Job Application for Chic-fil-A
To apply for a job at Chick-fil-A restaurant, you must be 16 or older, legally authorized to work in the United States, have good people skills and be able to work as part of a team. Chick-fil-A allows you to work around your school and family obligations and offers scholarships to employees who wish to attend college.
Instructions
1. Go to the Chick-fil-A restaurant where you want to work and pick up an application. Each restaurant is responsible for recruiting and hiring new employees, so the company does not offer an online application.
2. Fill out the application. You will need to include your full name, address, phone number, education history and work history. Chick-fil-A does not require work experience, so if this is your first job, you may leave that section blank. Fill out your application in blue or black ink and print your answers neatly.
3. Get references. Chick-fil-A may call references to verify that you are reliable and a hard worker. Former bosses and co-workers, as well as teachers and family friends over age 18, all make good references.
4. Turn in your application in person to a Chick-fil-A manager. Give the manager time to look over your application. If you do not hear back from Chick-fil-A after a week, go back to the restaurant and follow up with a manager to see if you are being considered for a job.
