Remove Apps From A Blackberry

Blackberry owners can download applications for maps, games, shopping, travel, weather and news. If you download something you thought you would want, then decide later you don't want it, you can delete that application from the main icon screen and the application list. The app can be deleted right from the Blackberry, without having to connect the device to a computer.

Instructions

1. Turn on the Blackberry. Navigate to the main screen.

2. Touch "Options" from the menu. The option icon is designated with a yellow circle around a wrench.

3. Press "Advanced" from the menu. Touch "Applications" from the menu. A list of all applications appears.

4. Touch the application, which will display another menu options screen. Press "Delete." A screen will appear asking you if you are sure. Press "Yes" to delete.

5. Verify that the application is gone from the list of applications and from the main screen by touching "Options," "Advanced" and "Applications." Scroll through the application list to verify the application is gone.
