A bluetooth headset is a very useful device that can make talking on a cell phone much safer than it otherwise would be. Hands-free use allows multi-tasking with both hands while the cell phone is secured nearby. Motorola offers a big selection of quality bluetooth headsets that are easy to program and use.
Instructions
1. Make sure the bluetooth headset is completely charged before proceeding. The charging time typically takes several hours, and the light on the top of the headset will turn green when the headset is charged and ready to be used.
2. Press the "call" button located on the top of the headset until a pink color appears, then flip the headset boom to the open position. The light should remain on.
3. Turn the cell phone on and put it into "pairing mode." There should be detailed instructions contained in the cell phone documentation that will detail do this.
4. Choose the "add new device" option on the cell phone (it should come up automatically after the above Step is taken). The cell phone will now search and detect the H700 headset. When it detects the H700 bluetooth and asks if pairing is desired, select "yes." When the passcode is requested, enter "0000."
