Play An Mp3 On A Compact Disc Player

In today's advanced technological environment, most people use MP3 files as their source of music. This creates a problem for those who do not own MP3 players and for those who prefer to use CD players to listen to songs and other recordings. Luckily, there is a simple solution that will allow you to listen to MP3 files on your personal compact disc player, car CD player or the CD player in your home audio system.

Instructions

Play MP3s on a Compact Disc Player

1. Download and install a compact disc burning application for your computer. Free programs include iTunes, Windows Media Player, Express Burn 4, FinalBurner Free and Ashampoo Burning Studio Free.

2. Load the MP3 files that you wish to listen to on your compact disc player into the disc burning application. Most applications will allow you to simply drag the MP3 files into the main program window, while others will require that you "Open" or "Import" the MP3 files using the "File" menu.

3. Insert a blank compact disc into your computer. You can use a CD-R or CD-RW depending on whether you want to be able to rewrite the disc after burning the MP3 files.

4. Burn the MP3 files onto the blank compact disc. The CD burning program will have an button or option that you need to click in order to "Burn" or "Write" the disc. The process of burning the CD will vary in time depending on the speed of your computer's CD burner and the number of MP3 files that you are burning.

5. Eject the compact disc once the program has finished burning all the files. Insert the disc into a CD player and play through the recordings to make sure that there are no errors in playback of the MP3 files.
