Polaroid I533 Instructions

The Polaroid I533 is an easy-to-use digital camera.


The Polaroid I533 is a point-and-shoot digital camera that is capable of recording video


in addition to taking photographs. The camera offers a built-in zoom and flash and also features a large 2.5-inch color display. The camera is quick and easy to use once you familiarize yourself with its many functions and features. Basic instructions for operating the I533 can be mastered in just a few moments.


Instructions


Setting the Camera Up


1. Attach the wrist strap to your camera by pushing the small end up through the strap holder that is located on the upper right corner of the camera. When the small end is through, loop the wide end through the small end and pull it securely.


2. Slide the SD card door open. The door is located on the bottom of the camera. Slide in the SD card so the notched side of the card is on the upper left side.


3. Install the two AA batteries. The battery compartment is located directly under the SD card slot. Close the SD card door and power up your camera.


Taking a Photograph


4. Press the play button located on the back of your camera. It is represented by a sideways triangle inside a box. Use the arrow keypad to scroll to the still image mode box which is represented by a letter P located inside of a box. Press the "SET" button.


5. Look through the viewfinder on the camera or use the LCD screen on the back of your camera to frame your image. You can zoom in and out by pressing the "W" and "T" buttons located on the upper right corner on the back of the camera.


6. Depress the shutter release button halfway down to trigger the camera's auto focus. Once the desired focus is available, depress the shutter release button all the way down to take the photograph.


Taking Video Clips


7. Press the play button located on the back of your camera. Use the arrow keypad to scroll to video mode which is represented by the "|C" icon. Press the "SET" button.


8. Press the "Menu" button and use the arrow keys to select your desired movie size. Press the "SET" button.


9. Point the camera in the direction you want to record and press down the shutter release button to begin recording. Use the "W" or "T" buttons to zoom in and out while recording. Depress the shutter release button again to stop recording.








Viewing Pictures and Video








10. Press the playback button on the backside of your camera. It is the button with the sideways triangle.


11. Press the "W" button. Use the arrow keypad to scroll through the thumbnails.


12. Press "T" to view the image or video in full-screen mode. Press the trash button to delete a file. The trash button is located on the back of the camera and is represented by a box with a trashcan icon in it.
