Firefox Companion Kodak EasyShare Gallery offers a convenient, straightforward way for users to upload, touch up, organize, share and develop photos without ever having to touch them. The program is free to download and is accessible from your Firefox browser tool bar.
Instructions
1. Download and install your free Firefox browser from the Mozilla website. Click on the "Download" button under the Tools tab or go to the Firefox add-ons page to install the Kodak Easyshare Gallery.
2. Open Firefox Companion for Kodak EasyShare Gallery by clicking the Kodak icon in the toolbar or click on the Tools tab on the Firefox menu and select "Kodak Companion." Register to open an account and log in. Provide an email address and a password.
3. Select the photo service you want to use from the drop down menu. There are several choices, and you'll need to register with each one you want to use.
4. Load photos into the program by dragging and dropping ones you've downloaded into your picture folder, a website or from a folder saved on your computer. The program only handles .jpg files. You can also use the appropriate buttons at the top of the window to add photos or remove them all. Remove a single photo by clicking the minus sign in the lower right-hand corner of the photo.
5. Add a title or tag by selecting a photo and typing into the field at the bottom of the screen. You can select multiple photos or just select one. Hold down the "Control" key and select more than one photo. Use the drop down menu at the bottom of the page to change to a different album.
6. Upload your photos to the Kodak EasyShare Gallery by clicking the "Upload" button. A Kodak Gallery window will open in a new browser window showing your photos, along with other options for editing, sharing and purchasing prints. A "Help" button provided on your Kodak Gallery page offers assistance with all of the available tools.
