Transfer Pictures Onto a Memory Card From a Blackberry Pearl
A memory card is a storage device that can increase available memory space when inserted into your BlackBerry Pearl. It can also be easily removed from your BlackBerry Pearl and used to transfer files to another electronic device, such as a laptop computer. For example, to transfer a picture file from your BlackBerry Pearl and to on your friend's phone, you could use the memory card to do so, provided you first move the picture file from the BlackBerry Pearl's device memory to the memory card.
Instructions
1. Start with your BlackBerry Pearl booted up and ready to use. It should also have the memory card already inserted into the memory card slot. The BlackBerry Pearl's memory-card slot is located under the battery in the back compartment.
2. Go the "Applications" page and click on the "Media" icon. On the next screen, choose the "Pictures" folder and navigate to the picture file you want to move.
3. Highlight the picture file you want to move and then click the menu key. When the side menu opens up, scroll down it and click "Move." On the next screen, select your memory card as the destination file. Repeat with any other picture file you want to transfer.
