Insignia Keychain Instructions

The Insignia digital picture key chain displays single photos and plays photo slide shows. It has a 1.8" LCD screen with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The photos are displayed at 160x128 resolution. This key chain supports only JPEG files and has a 40 photo maximum capacity.


Instructions


1. Connect the supplied USB cable to your computer and to the key chain to charge the key chain before use. A battery indicator light will show on the screen to indicate the charging status. Once it is fully charged you can unplug the USB cable.


2. Connect the supplied USB cable to your computer and to the key chain to begin copying photos to the viewer. On Windows systems a photo viewer program screen will open up. On Mac OS a screen will open up and you will have to click on "Key chain CD" and then on "Image Viewer" to open up the photo viewer program screen.


3. Click on the folder from which you would like to download your photos.


4. Click on the thumbnail images you would like to copy onto the key chain.


5. Click "Add" to transfer the images to the key chain.


6. Click "OK" to close the program. Disconnect the USB cable from the key chain to view your downloaded photos.


7. Press the "On" button to turn on the key chain. Your photo slide show will begin automatically.


8. Press the "Pause" button to stop on a single photo and the "Play" button to resume the slide show.


9. Press the "On" button to display the options menu and choose an option to change the clock settings, screen brightness, and language settings.


10. Connect the supplied USB cable to your computer and to the key chain to delete photos from the viewer. On Windows systems a photo viewer program screen will open up. On Mac OS a screen will open up and you will have to click on "Key chain CD" and then on "Image Viewer" to open up the photo viewer program screen.


11. Select the photos you want to delete and click "Delete." Click "Format device" to delete all the photos at one time.


12. Click "Edit" on the photo while in the photo viewer program to crop an image, rotate an image, or create a mirror image of the photo.
